Under the leadership of Carlos Ghosn, Groupe Renault has made a significant investment in the Renault Sport Formula One Team over the past two years, with the aim being to fight for the FIA Formula 1 World Championship titles by 2020. The team's bases are split between Enstone, England (chassis) and Viry-Chattillon, France (engine). For 2018, the team's race drivers are Nico Hulkenberg (German) and Carlos Sainz (Spanish), with Jack Aitken as the Reserve Driver.
The ART Grand Prix Team is widely regarded as one of the leading outfits within the junior motor racing categories, having won multiple championships in Formula 3, GP3 and GP2. Based in France, the team is owned by Frederic Vasser and Nicolas Todt and day to day running is headed by Managing Director, Sebastien Phillipe.
